The Abstract platform is in beta and may contain bugs. All features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Abstract utilises artificial intelligence (including OpenAI's models) to generate content and responses. You understand that AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. All information provided by Abstract's AI is for general informational purposes and is not intended as professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, or financial advice). You should not rely on AI-provided content as a substitute for professional advice. Always exercise your own judgment and seek the guidance of qualified professionals for any critical decisions.
You acknowledge that Abstract is not responsible or liable for any content generated by the AI, or for any reliance you place on it. AI outputs do not reflect our endorsements or opinions. All content (whether generated by users or by AI) is provided "as is" and you use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, data, or business interruption. We are also not liable for any harm resulting from content generated by the AI or by users. In all cases, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the total amount you paid to Abstract in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Abstract and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims arising out of your content (including any content generated using Abstract's AI), your breach of these Terms, or your illegal conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uppsala, Sweden, except that if you are a consumer in the EU, you may bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice (e.g., by email or in-app alert) before any changes take effect. Your continued use of Abstract after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
